Sage Marketing & Management is a boutique agency; therefore we are selective about the projects we represent. Jamie and John Hall, along with their group of advisory partners, personally attend to each client and are known for their enthusiasm, creativity, speed, and energy they bring to each of their clients. Sage, though small, can usually be more effective than larger firms because we limit the number of accounts we work with. Our clients become family and we strive to develop long-term working relationships with each one.

Meet the Team

John Hall

John Hall is a hospitality professional who works with executives, owners of closely-held businesses and other clients requiring expert assistance with restaurant, entertainment, hospitality and retail related businesses; John brings a wealth of diverse experience. Over the years, he has earned a reputation for providing skilled and practical guidance as a project manager, operational director, and business leader. At a glance John has lead teams for eighteen conceptually different, full service restaurants with sales up to  $10mm annually.  He has managed teams for one world class hotel;  directed five conceptually different night clubs and entertainment venues; founded and developed as CEO a fashion apparel and shoe company with 7 locations in 3 states.

Additionally, John holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing from Ohio University.

Over the years John has been fortunate enough to have lead teams for some great award winning restaurants including three DiRoNA restaurants and two of Florida Trend’s “Top Twenty-Five” restaurants. He managed the only Mobile Five Diamond restaurant and only all private night club in Washington D.C.; as well as opened and managed the largest night club in Washington D.C.

John is presently the Northwest Florida Chapter VP for the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association.

Jamie Hall has been active in marketing, public relations and hospitality for over 20 years. She has owned businesses including a Florida Trend Top 20 restaurant, and has served as a lead consultant to numerous hospitality businesses. She has extensive experience in event management, public relations, and integrated media management.
