ECRG: Formed this company to group the partner’s efforts under a corporate management company. Wrote and executed with the partners all LLC filings, state and local licensees, operating agreements, Articles of Incorporation to form ECRG, Beach Walk Events, and Harbor Grille.

Beach Walk: Standardized the client’s operations by developing internet based communication interfaces and organizational tools that can be accessed from a central web-based server. These tools are now an invaluable part of the everyday operations for this award winning restaurant.

Sage partner, John Hall concepted and founded this junior fashion apparel and shoe store chain; in eighteen months: designed and built seven stores located in three states throughout the South East; raised $1.2 million in financing with virtually no collateral;, secured $970,000 in tenant allowances from landlords; negotiated and secured all leases; designed all the stores; sourced all FFE; served as project manager for each commercial build out. Operationally -- set up all accounting, infrastructure and operational systems; produced and coordinated all marketing, advertising, photography and print work in 5 different markets. Additionally, standardized the retail operations by developing internet based communication interfaces and organizational tools that are accessed from a central web-based server. MOD reports, Meeting Planners, and Work Force Management Modules were all a part of this virtual platform.

The principals of Surfside Ventures were looking for a unique entertainment concept to bring to the Gulf Coast. John Hall proposed this dueling piano rock-n-roll show; paved the way and collaboratively negotiated the first license agreement with Howl at the Moon, Inc.; John Hall was also an equal partner of Howl at the Moon of NW Florida, LLC bringing opening and operational skills to the table.
